30 Hour Famine

Just did 30 hour famine today (and throughout yesterday).
I think it was a good experience although I probably could have gone longer.
To be honest I didnt really feel that hungry. I guess none of us living here will really know what its like to feel/die from chronic hunger.

Thats the points of doing 30 hour famine I guess, to raise money for the less fortunate and to think about these kind of things. An interesting and sort of sad thing to me is that there is enough food in the world to feed everyone, yet so many people go hungry and die of hunger related issues every day. :(

Schools starting up again. My mind is still in holiday mood :( ... sigh

On the bright side, it was my birthday recently and now I probably have enough cash to buy me a new phone! (my old one has a cracked screen)

My sister came back from her Germany trip the other day, brought back some tasty candies :D

The colorful, translucent candies are from Prague, and the Mozart Ball is from Saltzburg I believe.
I wonder how they make the clear ones, they're so pretty!

and tasty too haha. I'm like a guy, the way to my heart it through my stomach :P
